I received an immediate response to my request for service and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Justin arrived at exactly the time we had planned. He explained everything about the necessary repairs; explained when he diagnosed a more complicated repair; completed the entire job that day. I would definitely recommend Drainworks to others.

Justin was very experienced with my sewer problem and now there is no problem. His high pressure wash out of my sewer worked great. I will definitely keep his business card available and he will be the first person I call if I have any more plumbing problems.
