Super quick with a flexible schedule. Let me know if any possible extra charges before work was done and informed me of the location of the second cover. Provided a diagram and location of both for the future. Will be hiring again when I need my septic tank pumped again.

Recently i was surprised by a broken sewer main in my basement. I really wasn't sure how to handle it and then Drainworks contacted me and immediately put me at ease. Drainworks helped us out in a pinch. The staff were professional, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and ultimately solved our issue (clogged drain) effectively and with relative ease. The cost of hiring a plumber always hurts the wallet more than I would like, but having said that I will definitely recommend Drainworks to others and would certainly hire them again. We couldn't be more pleased with Drainworks Plumbing & Septic, LLC. I'd highly recommend them because the quality of work is outstanding and the pricing is unbelievably fair. Think about that when it comes to hiring a plumber. As far I'm concerned we have our plumbing service locked here. Stef did the job at our house and wasted no time in diagnosing where the problem was with our kitchen-clogged sink and fixing it. He was having conversations with us like he knew us! Anyway all that adds up to outstanding service and an outstanding company. Job well done Drainworks! For quality of work and pricing you can't go wrong here.

Job was done on time and well but I found them to be very expensive. $274.00 to clear a drain. Didn't even take an hour.
