4 other plumbing contractors suggested I replace my sump pump becauae it was 30years old without even seeing it. Another said he would come to evaluate for349.00, but would then return to repair for an additional cost. A tenant had turned off the outtake valve causing fuse to pop. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Thank you for prompt and honest service. Highly recommend.

They were prompt thorough and reasonably priced. They gave me a rubber reminder for the fridge, sent a thank you note and said they would call me in two years.

Drainworks customer service was exceptional. Special mention to Jasmine who goes above and beyond in catering to our needs. Derrick too who was on site was very helpful in giving us basic information on septic maintenance especially for us who did not have any experience with this particular system. We are one happy customer here!

Very courteous, arrived early, cleaned up, and most importantly successfully completed the repairs needed. I would recommend them for septic repairs.

Snaked through a sink and charged $165.00 plus diagnostic fee plus tax. Stay away if you want to save money. The guy who showed up for the job was pleasant and competent but his boss quoted this ridiculous price on the phone. He is being used. Sad!

From the beginning of our call with Jasmine in the office, it was pleasant and accommodating. The appointment was quick, as we do not live in the area now, we got a call after the initial inspection with the results from Stef. We discussed different avenues of repair and felt very comfortable with the ones that were offered and explained. He did the work at that point, the office emailed us the bill, then called and it is done. The cooperation, truthfulness and congeniality we experienced was wonderful.
