Description of Work: Artistic Hardwood did a great job, the owner came out quickly after I called and inspected the room I was having the floors put into. They helped recommend a place to purchase the floors from and I had a good experience with them as well. Artistic Harwood did the whole job in one day and even finished out some trim work in the closets which was so nice and not in original plan. The only thing I would say that some may find as a negative was I never got an official quote or invoice in writing. I was ok with that,and they totally honored what we spoke about on the phone, but it's a more laid back approach I guess and some may find that unsettling so you might want to specifically ask for quotes etc in writing. I was totally satisfied with the job, floor looks great and would recommend them to anyone. |

 + -1 moreThere was one problem, but it wasn't them. It was a chemical reaction with our well water. He came back and redid the whole job until we were happy. He never asked for a payment until we were satisfied.
Description of Work: The refinished our hardwood floors throughout the house.
