I was thoroughly impressed with how well the job went start to finish. Paul called promptly, showed up right away & explained why the soft wash system that he chose to use would be best for our application. It couldn't have come out better. He definitely over delivered on our expectations.

The work was sat, but at $1000 it should be. When asked for a quote the individual hedged and hymned and hawed. Having paid rotor-rooter about 350 in the past, it thought it would be in the same ballpark - didn't realize it was the owner's box.

When it comes to using state of the art water jetting equipment along with a video camera inspection to show the accuracy of our work it is much more expensive then a cable. You can not compare 1920 technology that is inexpensive and proven to fail again shortly after being used. Cabling punches a hole in your clog. Water jetting not only clears the blockage but brings the drain line back to new condition. And with using a camera its done to perfection.
