Description of Work: Interior popcorn removal and painting. |Removed popcorn texture on ceilings throughout home. Once popcorn was removed, ceilings were oil primed, skim coated, sanded smooth, re-primed with latex primer and painted with 2 finish coats. |They did a great job and were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Martinez Painting removed the popcorn from all our cielings, plastered the cielings, painted the cielings, walls and trim of the interior of the house as well as the interior of the garage and some exterior. They did an absolutely excellent job. Though a little higher in price their work was well worth the price paid.

+ -1 moreJust a great company the owner Rafael has been outstanding fixing all the issue with an "ice dam". He was able to reproduce a "judges panel" which no other vendor could do. Rafael and his workers are just super, easy to work with. The best part was they always came to work and got the job done.

+ -1 moreI have NEVER before seen the amount of preparation Rafael's painters did BEFORE actually painting. The crew chief Darwin (spelling?) was wonderful. He answered ALL of my questions and concerns. Auturio (spelling?) [one of the painters) was very helpful. Rafael and his workers are 100% honest. For two days there was a crew of 4 painters and for two days there was a crew of 3 painters. ALL the painters were very good workers. At the end of each day the painters cleaned up very well. The painters were neat and careful. MY RATING: FIVE STARS (5 being the highest rating).
Description of Work: Painted the dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, 1 bedroom, a number of hallways and foyer.

+ -1 moreVery smooth job from start to finish. The job required significant detailed prep work, primer and two finish coats. Depending on work stage, there might be anywhere from 4-7 workers over the course of six days. After moving in, we hired an excellent handyman referred by Rafael Martinez, Jaime Gutes, to perform a number of tasks. Rafael had a team return to spend a day checking for needed touch up, smoothing, etc. This is a very high quality company - if you are seeking the cheapest, fastest painter, call someone else. If you want truly exceptional work, call Rafael Martinez.
