+ 0 moreHe and I spoke for about an hour. We came to terms on tasks and cost. He seemed competent, and I agreed to his fees. He called me back a couple of times to reschedule the first (of several) jobs. And never showed up. And never returned my calls. Totally blew me off. I was ready, willing, and able, but he never showed. Totally blind sided me. I really thought he was the one. He turned out to be the all too common non-Pro.
Description of Work: He and I spoke for about an hour. We agreed that he would replace the damaged siding on the front and side of the second floor. Damage occurred as a result of removing a window, and installing a new window. He also agreed to install a ridge vent (about 55 feet). We talked about other jobs, but those were only tentative.
