Joel Odell is the senior service technician who worked on the computer. He was great at following up by phone with the details. Both were great to deal with - kind, informative and trustworthy. The business also accepted an old laptop for recycling (use of old parts).
Description of Work: Ran diagnostics. Removed some programs from startup to accelerate speed. Provided tips about improving functioning of Macs.

Description of Work: My laptop computer needed a new power jack. I had thought I might be able to do the work myself but once I opened the back of my laptop I realized I was out of my depth. I first called to ask about how much it would cost to replace the part. This is hard to do without actually seeing the computer, I know, but I was told to expect to pay about $100, using my part, which I had bought previously. I brought the computer in and it was fixed in a few days for $185. More than the estimate, but, in my opinion, really NOT unexpected because I knew how many screws and wires had to be unsoldered or disassembled and then resoldered or reassembled in order to replace the power jack. | |All of the people I spoke to, on the phone and at the front desk, were exceptionally kind and patient. They were clear and helpful. They understood that I didn't want to spend a fortune on a $500 laptop and they helped me reach my own decision with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend this business.

Enterprise came to my rescue and provided on site and off site back-up systems, a new wireless printer/scanner/fax, and helped me through some tricky steps to remove the previous system admin on my home network. Top notch solutions to problems I had been putting off for too long. I should have called them sooner. Thanks Enterprise!
Description of Work: Reorganized my home set-up to remove the previous system admin, installed wireless network printer/scanner/fax, got rid of a not-needed computer, provided an on-site back up, and created an off-site back-up system. Worked directly with customer support at Uverse and ATT to solve my problems which were extensive.

 + -1 moreDid not receive a call within quoted time frame. Called several times and left message on an answering machine. Drove by but shop was closed during normal business hours. Left repeated messages. On day 5, drove by and picked up my computer, which had not been looked at. Owner was not apologetic about delay and failure to return phone calls or complete work -- had a kind of "tough luck, you get what you get" attitude.
Description of Work: Had computer that was malfunctioning. Brought it in and was told that it would be looked at in 2 days, 3 days maximum, and that I would receive a call within three days detailing the problem within that time period.
