We were very happy with the remodeling of our cottage. Andy stuck with it for over a year - through delays with ordering windows, etc (all outside of his control). Whenever something became available, he was back at work, The quality of his work was excellent. The project began when a tree fell on the roof and expanded into a full remodel. We kept adding additional items and Andy was willing to do it all.

Everything went very very well. Both jobs were expertly done. Andrew is an extremely conscientious contractor., easy to talk to and he addresses all your concerns .. We are very very pleased with the outcome.. I would definitely recommend him to my friends as well.

Horrible. I paid good money and when Andy made enough and didn’t have to buy the siding and decking, he bailed. Claiming to come back, but never showed and communication was Nada. He can probably fix a door, change a window out, but anything else, he lacks morale compass. He made over 40,000 and didn’t finish the job. I had to fire him. Be cautious.

Fantastic! Andy was very upfront about what would need to be done, costs and gave suggestions on options on how to achieve what we wanted. He was on time finishing the project and stayed within the cost we were given. His workmanship was great. He is dedicated to giving you the best he can. This was an old porch and deck and he has given it new life.

I would definitely NOT recommend. Bathroom remodel. He told us he was capable of completing entire job and not subcontracting out. Demolition was down to studs. After a complete remodel the bathroom is unusable. The toilet tank was cracked and had to be returned but this home improvement contractor said he knew nothing about it. It was not cracked when it came out of the box. The tub insert that he built was too big (wall moved but not enough) and did not allow for the tile to sit on top of the tub. The new floor is popping and the grout is crumbled. When the owner of the company was told about the floor, he said he would fix it and the crumbling of the grout is worse than before. Several tiles are 1/4” raised above the adjacent tiles. There are holes in the shower where grout should be, and the caulking is lumpy and thick in many spots in the tub and makes the bathroom look like it is 80 years old. Did not finish off or fix the caulking. The paint on the ceiling is unfinished and was not sanded before painting in several areas. When working on the pipes, a good amount of water leaked into the kitchen leaving a large brown stain. Nothing was said in terms if remediation of the stain. There are saw lines on tiles in several areas vs cutting a new tile. One of the niches in the shower is cockeyed. Before cutting tile in the garage, which I allowed due to the cold, he did not cover anything and there was tile dust all over new equipment which he never cleaned . He took many short cuts which were less than acceptable and worked 4-5 hour days. A new company will have to come in completely rip up the tile floor and probably the entire bathroom. I am devastated as this was our first big project in a home that needs a lot of work. In all, a catastrophic mess. Totally takes advantage of homeowners who are not construction savvy. Attempts to discuss refunds via email, text and phone messages go unanswered.

Excellent. Did drywall work and stone work encasing fireplace. Installed bluestone hearth and replaced floor.

It was great! Andy was an excellent contractor, open and honest. He explained to me how he was going to go about the project, worked with efficiency, and came in right on budget. The final product totally meets my needs! I will definitely be having him come again for future household projects.

It went perfect! We use it regularly. He even added extra bars so my daughter can use it as well! He went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend them.

Great! Andy is a very good listener and problem-solver. He found creative solutions to problems posed by the age of the structure and the tight lot size. He was able to get done what we needed done, overcoming several obstacles along the way.

Andy responded to my call quickly and promptly set up an appointment to do an estimate. He arrived on time, and was able to provide an accurate estimate. We scheduled a repair time for the following week for duct work in the attic. He arrived for the repair work a few minutes early and got right to work. Works looks great and was quick and easy. Licensed in the state of CT.

The work is ongoing. I'm happy with him. I'm happy with the price, the work, and his attentiveness.
