He stood me up 3 times and I was traveling from out of state to meet him.
Description of Work: He was supposed to come out and do an estimate for window and gutter cleaning.

He did a fine job while he was here. However several months after the work was done, we realized that he had not installed the front gutter correctly so the water leaks from the wrong side, creating a huge puddle by the front door. I began calling him in April to come fix the problem. It is now August. He keeps calling every few weeks to tell me he is coming out the following day and never shows up. He doesn't respond to phone calls in a timely fashion and when he does, it appears that he does it just to string me along and make me believe he will come fix the gutter. After 5 months of playing this game, I will now have to hire someone to fix what he installed incorrectly. I have had two other gutter companies come out and both have told me that that gutter has been installed wrong.
