+ -1 moreGreat price for the amount of work done. However, very sloppy work. In the quote, he said the branches wold be chipped and the trunks cut up. None of that was done. Maybe because the truck to hold the chipped debris was already full when they brought it. There was debris all over the lawn and huge tire gashes. I told him I was willing to pay for extra time to chip up the branches. But they were gone after 5 hours of work (2 of which were travel time in the truck full of a prior customer's debris) I contacted him asking if he would come back to at least cut the truks up, as stated in the contract....No response.

+ -1 moreJeff did a fantastic job taking down two massive sycamore trees on my property, one of which was hanging over my detached garage and home. The trees were both over 80ft tall and were very difficult removals. Jeff ran into an equipment issue where a hydraulic cylinder broke on his left that needed replacing and the job took longer than he initially anticipated but he did not try to charge me any more than the estimate. The fact he was able to get both trees down and off my property without any significant damage was pretty incredible and much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Jeff for large tree removal as he has the necessary equipment to complete the job, works as hard as possible to complete the project on time, and stuck to his word with a more than fair price that he probably should have charged me double for!!! Great guy, great work, hire him with confidence.

+ -1 moreJeff at 3-D was exceptional. No hassles - simple and straight forward - there were no surprises. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. As they say - Call 3-D, you'll be happy you did.
Description of Work: 3-D removed a HUGE HUGE Maple, A HUGE pine tree, several limbs surrounding a pond and also took away piles and piles of brush I had accumulated while pruning the trees in my backyard.

Description of Work: Jeff came out and removed 8 large cedar trees for us. The trees were removed and debris was picked up. He left our place spotless. We were very happy. His trucks are nice and they didn't leak. Our driveway is brand new and that was important. He did offer us a premium service for his crane but we just wanted it done as cheaply as possible. He did a great job Thanks Jeff and crew..

+ -1 moreOther services came and we showed them what they wanted done. Then they took us for a walk around our yard and told us what we should have done. Most services immediately gave us the impression that they were merely trying to give us the business. Jeff didn't. He is honest, forthcoming, and a good guy to know. Thanks again.
Description of Work: I called 3D's and left a message. They called back later in the day, just a their voice message stated. Jeff came out when he said and gave us an estimate. He was matter of fact and did not pressure us or try to scare us into taking more trees down as three other services we had out for estimates tried to do. He didn't care what they said and asked me what we wanted to have done. He offered me three different levels of service and a premium service where they could bring in a crane and perform a 'no dent service. We opted for the premium and just as he said, they did the job and not one single iota of our grass or yard was damaged. They were HALF the price of other services. He did say it took longer than he thought but honored his original estimate. We gave him the difference voluntarily becasuse they were honest, and worked very hard. These guys are worth every penny.
