Ben came right on time (to our home). He was professional , polite and never made us feel like anything less than a valued customer. He gave us a lot of advise we asked for and some we had no idea about. He fixed every issue and much more. I would highly recommend him and his company, He also asked us if we wanted him to set up a link for a virtual connection to his company (protected by us), in the event we had problems in the future, so he could dial in remotely.

This is my third and fourth respective transaction with Transform and they continue to amaze me. They are willing to tackle jobs that are somewhat unusual and I would/will absolutely return. They are honest, personable, knowledgeable and have reasonable prices.

After realizing my computer skills are nowhere near what was needed to fix my devices I found Transform on Angie's List and contacted them to make an appointment. They were very accomodating to my schedule and an appointment was made. I received a confirmation call from them today and was actually glad to hear they could come earlier than expected which I agreed to readily. The technician, Greg, arrived promptly and was very professional in both demeanor and appearance. He didn't even blink when my very large dog came to greet him at the door. He asked me what my concerns were and within a minute of arriving at my door was working on the problem. He started work on the laptop and while it was downloading some anti malware he began work on the desktop. Thankfully that was in pretty good shape. After returning to the laptop he completed removing A LOT of adware and I could actually see the difference in the speed of my computer improve. During this time he answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing. He also made recommendations on how to keep my computers operating smoothly that didn't involve me buying products or services from his company. After an hour and ten minutes I received a bill that met the estimate I was originally given. I would definitely recommend these guys for your computer problems. This is my second experience with Transform and everything again went really well. First, Greg and Ben are "game" for anything: they'll try to fix things that others won't. In this case, they had my unit fixed and back to me in two business days. Amazing. They are communicative, professional, courteous, and capable. A+ all around; I'm sure I'll be back.

I called and explained the problem; man said bring it in anytime. I did. Young man looked it over and made a suggestion that worked for the on and off problem. He also discovered that mouse was not working properly. Asked if I had changed batteries. I said yes. He checked a bit farther and discovered mouse parts not working and suggested a new one. Since I had used the mouse for several years and also that it had gotten knocked off the desk a couple times, I bought the new one for about $35. It was a small deal but I liked the speedy here-and-now response and solution. I have more varied problems with my desk top and intend to take that in soon.

I brought the computer home and it was running better than ever. I needed to set up my printer and was not sure how to respond to the prompts on the screen. I called them and they used their remote to install it for me . They were unbelievably patient and completed the installation from their shop. I am a senior citizen who knows nothing about computer repair. It would be easy for someone to "scam" me and offer services I did not need. I totally trust these young men and recommend them to anyone who needs computer help. They are sincere and trustworthy and they certainly know their way around computers.

Fixed all the problems. Know I have to replace my 8 yr old computer soon, but gave me a longer life so I can figure out best option on what to buy to replace existing desktop.

Very knowledgeable, esp re Apple products. Reasonable prices. I am completely satisfied with the results. They responded immediately to my inquiry and gave a fair estimate and timely completion date. Only problem was they did not call me when the work was completed, so I had to call them to follow up. I consider this a minor problem, so don't hesitate to use their services. They know their stuff!

I called the number listed on Angie's list, and Ben answered. (He is one of the owners.) I explained our issue and scheduled an appt. for later in the morning. He showed up on time and solved our issues in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use them again!

My laptop wasn't working properly -- I performed several at-home diagnostics and updated drivers, but the problem persisted. People at Transform were friendly, helpful, professional and fast. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the work in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

I took my tablet to Transform after reading good reviews here. I wasn't quite sure where on Main St it was, but it's conveniently located with a parking lot in back. I spoke mostly with Ben on the phone and in person, but later spoke with Greg a bit, too. I asked if they could install new software on my tablet and they weren't absolutely sure if they could be successful but they were willing to try. After two weeks of valiant attempts by Greg and Lewis, they found it wasn't possible. I got my tablet back in perfect condition, just as I'd left it. The group of folks there are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and I'd go back to them without hesitation.

The young man from Transform Computer Repair took his time, he was knowledgeable, and he helped us along in a satisfactory way. His responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

The young man who owns the company and works at the company seemed very knowledgeable. They are very good and very patient. The thing that I did not like was the location, which would have no barring on the company itself.

After the hurricane/power outages caused my computer to crash, the young men discussed it with me on the phone, and explained that they do free diagnostics if I brought it in. I did bring my computer tower in and they called within hours to tell me that the problem was not in the computer, but between the keyboard and the computer. They told me how to correct it myself and I was able to do so. They also showed me how to correct a hardware problem with a disc drive that had not opened for months. (Just needed a paperclip!) They were friendly and polite and did not object to sending me away for "no charge" for diagnostics as promised. I would not hesitate to bring my computer to them again if needed.

I could not have asked for a more pleasant and informative encounter. Not only are we satisfied with what we requested TCR went above and beyond. I have a working knowledge of operating a computer (software etc) but, like many, I'm not as familiar with the hardware and operating system. I needed a refresher course on RAM versus hard drive memory and Ben explained all I wanted to know in way that made sense without being condescending. I feel anyone could probably "service" your computer and sell you products. It's the addtion of top notch customer service that is the deciding factor for me. If needed, I have no doubt I will use this company again.

Our Daughter suffered a catastrophic failure of her 2011 MacBook Pro secondary to a fall (the Mac, not the daughter) from her elevated bed in her dorm at UTampa. The screen display became intermittent and the magnetic charging cable began working erratically. She visited the Tampa Apple Store "Genius" Bar and was quoted $800+ (a new one is only $1200). The "Geniuses" also commented that the machine must have suffered a spill of some kind since there was some kind of "gunk" inside requiring a thorough cleaning....hence the "+" part of the $800+ estimate. We do have their AppleCare coverage on the machine...in this case Apple didn't care...never again with their "insurance". When Emily came home on spring break we took the machine to the gentlemen at Transform Computer in Cheshire, CT. We have had several machines serviced there, always happy WITH THE SERVICE....AND THE PRICE! They analyzed the damage and cleaning required and came in with an estimate of $100-150 for cleaning, replacement of the mag-charging port, screen cable replacement, reinitialization of Mac software, and $300 to repair a cracked motherboard (they had to send the machine out for that). Picked up the machine last weekend, paying the quoted price...saving $300+ in the process. The Mac works as it did "before the fall".
