Description of Work: They renovated the basement by clearing out 2 old oil tanks, installing a new gas tankless heat and hot water system, putting in new support columns, new vinyl windows, new fluorescent lighting, new partial wooden floor, new plumbing connection for future plumbing projects, painting entire floor (concrete and wood) and putting waterproof paint on masonry walls.
