 + 0 moreRich knows what he's doing and I trust him to tell us whats wrong and to fix anything that needs to be fixed and not so unnecessary work . I would hire Rich again in a heartbeat for any HVAC or water heater work and have recommended him to friends for repairs on their systems. You can trust Rich to do the right things and he is always on time and very responsive to the customers needs.
Description of Work: We had Rich install a new gas heating and AC system and hot water heater 5 years ago. We had service done on the AC system this year (tune up) and we had a no hot water situation last winter and Rich came out and fixed the water heater that day. We're going to have him check our heating system soon to be sure ts on good working condition for the winter.

Description of Work: We had to have our indoor unit for our reverse pump heating system cleaned.

Description of Work: We needed a lot of HVAC work done in our home last year. This year, I went in to labor and it hot water heater decided to break the same day. Rich and his crew figured out a way to come to my house and have it fixed before we brought our baby home!! Amazing!!
