Description of Work: Tom has worked on toilet back-ups, large & small leaks, appliance hook-ups, and a major sewer blockage. He's come to take care of emergencies on holidays, early mornings, late nights, weekends, & even during regular business hours. He's always polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, trustworthy. If someone he doesn't know does part of the job, Tom stays around, asks appropriate questions, and seems almost to oversee the other worker w/o crowding or interfering with the other worker. Being able to call someone like Tom when there's a problem is a blessing! Service cost varied by what needed to be done. Tom will give you an estimate prior to doing the service. While I do not remember the exact dates of Tom's work, he has been here numerous times over the past many years, and we've had him do small jobs and ones that cost several hundred dollars.
