Description of Work: Grass cut weekly they know just what height the grass needs to be cut just by the kind of grass you have. With them my grass never burned with others every summer it would burn down the center.There very nice easy to talk to and professioanl.

+ 0 moreI have them clean the yard yearly which also entails clearing brush on a back hill. They did a fantastic job as usual. On another day they came to fix a garden wall I had built years back with large blocks. It had caved in. They took it apart and put in base gravel to support it better then rebuilt it better than new. Then came the big project a terraced garden on the back hill with 6"x6"x8' timbers. It is 25' long and 30" back into the hill. At junctions of the 8' sections they put in "steps" using cut timbers for ease of navigating the terraces. I wound up with 6-1'x7' gardens that I will put vegetables in. At one point they put a timber in so it was overhanging and it looked wrong. I mentioned it and they gladly removed it and replaced it with a straighter timber. They bolted them together with Timberlock bolts and fastened them to the ground with rod stock. It is awesome, like going to some park and seeing it. Naturally being CT, they encountered boulders that they had to work out of the hill, 3 of them. I had them put into the front garden. Now this front garden is a graded area to the left of my driveway about 200 square feet. They graded it last year and they added extra topsoil. With the addition of the 3 boulders it is a nice looking area. Speaking of topsoil. Doug found someone with composted topsoil. He brought in several yards to fill my terraced garden, it is black gold. Can't wait to plant it.
Description of Work: First they came and cleaned the yard, then they fixed the front wall of a garden. Lastly they built a terraced garden in back approximately 24' wide and 30" deep.
