I called after 5:00pm on a Wednesday thinking I'd hear back on Thursday. Instead he called back within an hour and came to my house to see what needed to be done. There were two areas of my deck that needed repair. I received an estimate the next morning and on Saturday, the work was completed. He even found another area of the deck that needed replacement which he did at no additional charge. I will surely call him again.

I did receive a phone call from this client but the last 3 digits of their phone number that was left for me was not recognizable. I only have a partial number of 475-235-4. I can not return a call if I do not have a complete number. I pride my business is responding to clients within 24 hours
