Worked fine for the first couple of years as an annual service. And then they stopped responding to voice mails or coming at all. Even after receiving a service reminder in the mail, they would not respond to email or by phone to setting up a basic annual service call. Had to change services

Shopping for a water conditioner is very similar to car shopping. The Ecowater ERR3500 water conditioner you were quoted is considered top of line and has features that a low end model would not have. In this case the unit also has features that other manufacturers do not offer and is considered a "Green Product." We do carry less expensive water conditioners along with offering a rental program, or a 48 month lease to own program to help people that have budget problems. As an example though, Culligan's top of the line water conditioner runs about $1000.00 more than the Ecowater ERR 3500 you were quoted. If you cross compare the two, the Ecowater water conditioner beats the Culligan not only in price, but efficiency, warranty, and special features. You could certainly go to Home Depot, Lowes, or Sears and get a cheaper price but you have to keep in mind, the units designed for them are strictly for a quick retail turn around. When those units break, it will be cheaper to replace and buy new because they are not designed to hold up more than 5 years. As for your experience with the salesperson, it sounds like he was just trying to be friendly and chatty. Though it would definitely be his fault if he didn't answer all your questions when he was there, he has worked at G.W. Inc. for over 30 years and does know the ins and outs of all the equipment we sell and service.

They were on time and they came when they were supposed to. I got an appointment quickly. The fee was the same that I paid in the past for the same process. I thought that their price was a little expensive.
Description of Work: I used G W Incorporated Water Conditioning last week for servicing my water softener. They replaced a seal on the head of the unit.

THIS COMPANY DID EXACTLY WHAT I HIRED THEM FOR. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE WORK TOOK THEM SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, THAT I EXPECTED PROBLEMS. I WAS THRILLED WHEN EVERYTHING TURNED OUT PERFECT.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED ALL OF THE BUILD UP OUT OF MY WATER SOFTENER.
