The specialist was recommended by their technician who did a great job on our furnace so, of course, we made an appointment to get a free estimate new ac and oil tank. Wow, were they prompt and "Dave" was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the systems from which to choose. We decided to wait on the oil tank but the AC is definitely going to happen right away. When I called the office to let them know we wanted to accept their recommendations, the office staff was more than polite. They were almost jovial and it has been a pleasant experience all the way around. I have seen their name splashed all over the Home Depot Store. Mike, the technician showed up at at about 9:30 but I was given a 4 hour window for him to arrive. He was very polite and quiet as would not even think he was there. He recommended that we speak to their specialist because our tank was from 1955. We called the office staff and I spoke to Cinda who made an appoint for him to come out the next day. The furnace did run better when Mike was finished. We just moved into this house and it appeared that the previous owner had not cleaned it for years. We have known about East Coast Mechanical in Cheshire for many years and have many friends who have used their services and will never use anyone else. They made me feel almost like family when I called them and I plan on having them service our AC as well.

We called on Tuesday April 21,2015 and scheduled for a diagnostic appointment. My husband was told "we will be there Thursday of the same week between 12pm and 2pm." Our appointment was today and the 12pm to 2pm deadline has been missed. My husband after taking a full day of work off called at 3pm and spoke with a lady named Amy who then told my husband that our appointment had been rescheduled to MAY 21,2015. My husband then stated I would have called another company to come out if I had known it was that far out. My family cant go that long without hot water and heat. Needless to say we are still without hot water and heat.

Service was excellent - timely technicians were prompt, neat, courteous - furnace has been great - saved me $3500 1st year!

My non-emergency work was scheduled promptly. Mike was prompt and polite. He explained what he found and what he needed to do. He even helped adjust the speed of the blower fan, which helped reduce noise!

Our forced air heating/cooling system was making a whistling noise whenever the heat or air conditioning came on. East Coast Mechanical came out at the scheduled time and quickly dagnosed the situation, determining that the issue was a faulty motor to the damper for the second floor zone. He did not have the replacement motor in stock and needed to order it and indicated it would take several days. In the meantime he disconnected the motor from the damper which alleviated the annoying whistle we were getting while still leaving the heating and cooling functional. In a few days we were informed the damper motor was in and we scheduled an appointment for November 12, 2014. They arrived well within the specified window and replaced the damper motor in minutes.

Arrived on time. I was informed of the issue. The equipment was fixed and serviced all within an hour.

Installation was on time and completed the same day as promised. Price was very reasonable compared to the other two companies that submitted quotes.

System was recharged, evaporator coil dirty sealed Unit . Needs replacing old system. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. And honest he recommended updating system due to compressor is getting weak and it wouldn't be cost effective to pull a part evaporator coil to clean old system.

Salesmen was informative, polite and accommodating. Installation crew clean and courteous.
