Description of Work: They replaced my central air conditioner compressor. Another service company gave me a quote but I was not happy with their service. East Coast beat that quote and provided a better unit. Every single service person who came to the home was professional, thoughtful (took shoes off) and very nice. I was very impressed especially after working with another company that did not have these qualities. The unit is up and running.

Description of Work: I was told by Dave the guy who comes out for the estimates that he would be there by 12 or 1 pm. I got a call from him around 1pm telling me that he wouldn't be there until 145pm. He did arrive at my house around 150pm , but he was on his cell phone in my driveway for another 15 minutes before I went out to ask who he was , I didn't even know who he was because there was no logo on the outside of his Toyota 4 runner . He finally got off his phone after I went up to his vehicle and knocked on his window to ask him who he was and get off his cell phone. He was very rude and defensive and told me my appointment was for 2 pm and he was actually early. I then told him he was wrong . He said do you want to do the estimate or not and I said I don't want to do business with you if it starts out with lies and mistrust. So he then got into his truck and speed out of my driveway so I don't recommend this company. Sorry

Description of Work: East Coast Mechanical was contracted to convert my heat and hot water from oil to natural gas. They installed a Weil-McLain boiler which heats the house and provides hot water year round. The young men that installed the service were skilled and meticulous in their work. It was a huge job, but they remained until late the last day (31st) to make sure I the new boiler was up and running. East Coast Mechanical will be returning on the 9th to remove the old furnace and oil tanks. I can't say enough about everyone I have been in contact with from the office manger, salesperson and technicians. I will continue to use them for all my needs in the future.
