Description of Work: They explored getting my roof replaced through my insurance and that did not end up going anywhere. After that I got a message from them but I never got back to them. I'm not sure what happened to my $49 dollars at this point maybe they refunded it maybe not. All I really wanted them to do was repair a couple of my shingles but they didn't do that. They just used this time to try to get my roof replaced. This $49 service turned into something that didn't really work out for me.

Description of Work: Showed up and only gave a rough quote on a full roof maintenance package and said what was really needed was a new roof. Never actually got on the roof or performed any real inspection work. Said they would be in touch with a full quote for a new roof, never heard back from them again.

The consultation was very professional and they are super responsive. The work was done in two days and it seems like it was installed correctly. Overall, I am satisfied with the job.

Description of Work: Worker showed up at the house. Did not step foot on the roof and did not do any work caulking or nailing of shingles or inspection of any kind. Was at the home for no more than five to ten minutes. They charged us $50 for a quote

When we assessed your roof for damage and spoke to Nick, we let him know that the work you were looking to get done did not fall under the description of the package you purchased. The package you purchased as for minor repairs and you were looking to have the whole roof sealed . We did quote Nick on the price for that and assured him the $50 dollars would be rebated to you if you bought the package. We were waiting for a decision either way. I take it you have declined our quote. You can call Angie's List directed for a refund on the maintenance package your purchased. They are the ones who technically have your $50. They will refund you without a problem. I do apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you have a great day!

The process went very well and I am extremely pleased on how my roof came out. I am especially happy that my insurance covered the work in terms of the roof. I did have to pay out of pocket for the gutter system but after saving the amount of money we did by using the insurance I decided it was worth it. Ryan told us that the gutters and gutter guard have a 20 year clog free warranty which is great because I hate cleaning gutters. Built Rigt did exactly what they said they would do and they did it very professionally and efficiently. I definitely recommend them for future projects.
Description of Work: They re did my entire roof and my gutter system. They took off the old roof which had multiple layers and replaced it with a new roof that has a 50 year warranty.
