+ -1 moreMat was great to work with! In both cases, he spent at least 2 solid hours with us going through the house from top to bottom and explaining a lot of helpful things to us (first-time homebuyers) along the way. We really felt that we knew what we were getting into! I think we paid around $750 in total, but that included fees for water and radon testing so was above and beyond the regular inspection fee. His report was detailed and thorough, even including photos, and he got it to us quickly. We would definitely recommend working with him!
Description of Work: Mat did two home inspections for us, one on a home we didn't end up buying and the second on the home we did buy.

+ -1 moreMatt was extremely thorough and very forthright with everything he offers and did. He seems to go the "extra mile" and definitely works for the money. I opted to do every inspection available as the house is older and appeared to need a little bit of a closer look, so the payment was higher than most will be.
