TOWER GENERATOR SYSTEMS

Very poor installation and service. They had to come out multiple times to dig the trench to the gas lines because they didn't send qualified staff. Electrician they contracted with wound up messing up our houses electrical system (power was flickering on and off after they left). Messed up my $1400 worth of rebates with Kohler, promised to rectify and ghosted me. Owner refused to pitch in half of rebate (or equal value services) from Kohler (per Kohler's proposal to rectify), so I was screwed out of a $700 extended warranty, and $700 cash back. Also has to call multiple times over the installation to get this completed (i.e: no shows, and lack of coordination with propane company). Their "fixing the lawn" after installation was basically sending a low-level person, who showed up, threw grass seed over the non-raked lawn (yes they didn't even pick up the rocks), and left within 15 mins.

They were excellent, on time, courteous and professional. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best.

These folks are the best! They handled the entire job without a single concern on my part including getting the needed permits and subcontracting the propane installation. When I got the proposal from Tower, it was obvious that the other companies I got proposals from didn't know how to handle the job properly. The folks at Tower kept me always fully informed on what was going on with the project and the projected schedule. They are real professionals you can trust. You really don't see that very often today.

It went super well, like clockwork. Very knowledgeable and explained the system well. Told us of best gas company and maintenance company in the area.

Excellent installation. Knew all about generators. Good recommendations also about propane suppliers and regular maintenance.

Prompt and professional service. The technician glady walked me through the service check and offered advice.

Came on time, introduced himself as a hired contractor who just does estimates for Tower Electric--doesn't work for them otherwise. he seemed to know what he was talking about though. He asked me all the correct questions and we discussed where the generator would be located. he asked to see the electrical panel and then showed me the chart which listed the prices for the whole job. we agreed that he would email me a full proposal.

Chris clearly described how a generator works and provided a demonstration. He also described the advantages and disadvantages of various units. He carefully evaluated the power needs of our property and the most desirable location for the unit. All of the work was performed precisely on schedule and with consideration for our personal time constraints. He and his crew were exceptionally thoughtful, thorough and efficient. EVERYTHING on our property was left meticulously neat and tidy upon completion of each stage of the job. At the end, Chris carefully covered with us the details of the operation of the generator. He indicated that we could contact him anytime about questions that may arise. Interacting with him was a pleasure, because Chris is such a quality person.
