I have copper piping in my basement with some green corrosion, and was concerned it might be problematic. Scott came out and evaluated the issue and determined that replacing the piping wasn't necessary but pointed out key things to look for. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would hire him for any future plumbing issues!

The job was done well and he hauled away the old toilet. The job site was clean and he was very pleasant.

Scott came when he said he would and completed the job as explained. Everything went smooth and he finished the job in a timely manner. The two leaking pipes and a pressure test on the system was performed. The inspector from CNG came out later and approved of the work that was done.

Scott did a great job. He was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. During demolition, I needed him to disconnect some water lines and came over that afternoon. I was very happy with his work.

We have been with them for years. They are smart and know what they are doing. The price is reasonable and they come right away. They get the job done correctly the first time.

I hired Scott because he worked for my brother in a subcontract role. However, Scott's attitude was not positive and though he did complete the job correctly, It was not a great experience. I have had so many problems with Plumbers in the past that, though he was not great, I did call him again for a much larger project that I needed quoted. However, after 2 calls, I never got a call back. I have since stopped calling him to do our plumbing.

Scott is a true professional, from returning the initial call to completing the work perfectly. I've had many plumbers do work at my home in the past 18 yrs and he is by far the best.

He first came to my home when the toilet wasn't working and said it was "worn out" and since it was original to the home, I didn't have any trouble believing that. He said to order a specific toilet which I did and when it arrived to call him back and he would install it and dispose of the other toilet. I have installed toilets myself and believe me it was worth it to have Scott install this toilet. He was prompt, professional and worth every cent!

Mr Sullivan came the same afternoon I called at exactly the agreed upon time. The work was done in a very professional manner--he obviously knows his plumbing. He cleaned up afterward, leaving everything in perfect order.

Scott is responsive, timely and trustworthy. He returns calls quickly and gives honest advice about repair choices; he also gives great advice about what is absolutely necessary for repair and what is not required. His estimates have been on the mark each time. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him without reservation.

They are definitely a great company. They always do a thorough job, very quick service and they are very nice to be around. I know I can trust them and that is very important to me. I would recommend them to anyone in my area.
