+ 0 moreThey came right away and did everything. They took the things out and got rid of those. The tank was as old as the house. These guys are right on. They don't take three days to come out and finish it. They are bang bang bang. They don't take anything out until they have all of the parts to replace it. We burned it down and every day they came in and brought a couple of gas cans to put into the tank so it would not freeze while we were waiting for the repair. When the oil tank came they had it up and running and the outside done that day. If they don't have the manpower they will go out of their group. The have people who work for them that they will bring in. When it was here they were here.
Description of Work: We had a new oil tank put in because the one that we had was leaking. We have a service contract with them. Every year we pay a service fee.

+ -1 moreIt was a lot money they had to replace the tank and they did that really well they had to get it out down stairs and all that other stuff and basically put it together, they were good they knew what they were doing there wasn't any questions they've been working on my delivering oil ans working on my furnace for years so I would no have them if I didn't. Snow on the ground when these guys came and put just like a bucket of oil in my tank so we would have heat for the week until the had all the parts I mean they went up and above.

Description of Work: Petro was our home oil provider for over a decade. They did all of the servicing on our furnace and water heater during that time. They were always professional and punctual. They were not the least expensive, but given their level of service, I never questioned their prices
