+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. Spent plenty of time with me under the vehicle, making sure I understood the work needed to be performed. Work was done on time. Owner is very friendly and willing to spend time to explain all the work. The only drawback is that the final out-of-pocket cost ended up a bit higher than the estimated price range I was given.
