 + -1 moreThey ordered the lug nuts, called me and we scheduled the work. I dropped car at 7:45 AM (he wanted it there by 8:00), then called the proprietor and reviewed what was to be done, and we agreed that he'd call me when it was done. By 4:45, I hadn't heard from him, and got a ride to their facility. The car hadn't been moved or touched. He said he didn't know I wanted to have them put the lug nuts on the car (so why did he need me to leave it all day?). He said he called me and left a message with a girl (I'm a man, and he hadn't called all day). He did not have an estimate for the dash--he said I'd have to remove it myself and bring it in for them to look at. Their service was terrible and the proprietor's attitude was unfriendly on the phone and in person. I paid for the lug nuts, and left with them (the price for the lug nuts was fair).
Description of Work: Asked them to order and install new lug nuts on my car and to give me an estimate on repairing damage to dash board.

 + -1 moreWork was performed very well. Only complaint is that work was promised to be completed by 10:00 AM and did not complete until 4:00 PM. Seemed very disorganized and did not communicate very well.
Description of Work: Installed hitch on Sienna van.
