Although it was a lot more than we expected to pay, we got great service, and they worked with us to bring our cost down (free installation). They were up front about everything, worked with us on selecting the right carpet for our needs, got us a quick estimate, and our carpet was installed within a week of when we finalized the color and type of rug that we wanted. Overall great service

ONE THING THAT STOOD OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY WAS THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. NOT ONLY DOES THIS SAVE A LOT OF TIME, BUT IT ALSO SAVES ME A LOT OF MONEY.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB OF INSTALLING MY CARPET. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY YOUNG AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE IS A SEAM RUNNING THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE ROOM. THEY DID NOT VACUUM THE ROOM BEFORE THEY LEFT.
