I had a tree leaning on another tree after a storm, I called Steve Bristol and he called back within 15 minutes on a holiday weekend. He was out with his crew within 2 days and removed 6 trees total, only ones which were previously damaged and at risk of falling. As a certified arborist, Steve was able to provide advice on other trees on my properly that should stay or go. He quoted only for work to be done but I opted for a fills days work at 2500.00. I would use him again if I had the need,professional and knowledgeable along with responsiveness.

Bristol's service was excellent. They promptly returned my call and came out the next day to look at the tree, talk about our options, and give me an estimate. When we decided to have the tree removed, they were able to fit us into their schedule within 2 weeks. Over the course of our conversations I spoke with them by phone and also sent e-mails and all messages were promptly answered. The work went well and they did a great job at cleaning up and they didn't do any damage to our lawn (and no complaints from our neighbors!).

Steve Bristol and his crew did a superb job removing the trees we had identified as problematic. They arrived in the morning, took down all the trees, cleaned up all the debris, and were gone by late afternoon. No one would know the trees had ever existed given the level of cleanliness and efficiency with which Bristol Tree Service operated. Having worked with other tree services in other states, we were and quot;blown awayand quot; by the level of service and professionalism we experienced with Steve and his crew: they did all the raking, all the chipping, wheel-barreled the mulch to the areas we wanted it distributed to, and even cut and stacked the logs we wanted to save for our wood-burning stove! We sing praises to Bristol Tree Service and would recommend them, unequivocally, to anyone needing tree work done around their house. We also deeply appreciated Steve Bristol's knowledge of trees and will turn to him in the future when some of the trees he identified as and quot;strugglingand quot; are supplanted by younger trees and can be removed without compromising the view scape around our house. His knowledge as an arborist is exceedingly informative and helpful.

Steve and his team removed damaged trees from our property after the October storm. We had previously used him to remove about 5 large trees when we first moved to the property. The second time, a total of about 4 large oak trees (2 feet- 3 feet in diameter) as well a few small diameter trees were removed. Work performed included removal and chipping of trees, as well grinding of stumps to 1 foot below surface. Clean up was imaculate, and performed all work at quoted price. Steve is prompt in returning phone calls as well emails. A pleasure to work with and will seek his services again if needed.

Had a large tree fall on our home the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Bristol came within hours to cut away debris so that emergency repair crews could start their work. After that work was done, he came back to remove the tree fall. We hired him to do some additional tree work around the property and could not have been happier. They cut, cleaned up, mulched, and gave us advice for future work to be done (which we had completed in the spring). EXCELLENT firm!
