computer repair
+ -1 moreSix months ago, my sister recommended Home Computer Help to me after I complained about my computer being messed up by the previous repair "techs" so I gave him a call and his professionalism and obvious experience was immediately made plain over the phone. I set up a time for him to come over and check it out and he was prompt and within minutes of looking it over had the solution. A couple of hours later my computer was repaired, my data saved and additional protections set up and running for me. I also learned a lot about how to keep my computer safe and running well, and for the past six months everything has been great.
Description of Work: My computer had been worked on by two other repair people who not only didn't find and fix the problem, but charged me an exorbitant price for nothing! Fred was able to find the problem and had a solution which fixed everything and restored my data as well! My computer is now cleaned up and running well for these six months. Great advice on virus protection (free) and malware protection (also free!) has made my online experience smooth and flawless, too!
