Description of Work: Matt performed all the site work needed for the construction of my detached garage including tree removal, excavation, fill work, new driveway preparation, and coordinating the pouring of the foundation.

Description of Work: Above ground swimming pool removal, disposal and dumping of all material, install new lawn were pool existed.

Description of Work: Removed our rotting deck. Excavated the back yard where it drops off steeply and created a curved retaining wall from large concrete blocks. Topped the wall with concrete capstones which were painstakingly leveled for appearance. Regraded the backyard and installed stone between the house and the retaining wall. Added fill to the rest of the backyard and seeded a lawn. Created a path, using large pieces of slate, from the driveway, across the new lawn and in front of the retaining wall, to the side yard.

Description of Work: Removed rotting stockade fence and concrete inground pool. Graded the lot and seeded for grass.

Description of Work: Matt removed the existing pool, fencing, related filter equipment, and decking. He then filled in the pool area, regraded the yard and seeded new lawn. He also removed all of the landscaping shrubs around the perimeter of the house and repaired any associated lawn damage.

Description of Work: Provider removed existing pool, fencing, related filter equipment, and pavers. Filled in pool area. Regraded and seeded new lawn. Provider installed new front walkway, with appropriate gravel base, reusing some pavers from the pool area, with additional new edging pavers. Provider installed new, wider, precast concrete front steps. Remaining pavers from pool area were placed on pallets and wrapped, for future use.

Description of Work: What began as a swimming pool demolition turned into a drainage and mud nightmare. Matthew has an attitude and a chip on his shoulder that eventually rears it's head in doing business with this inexperienced young man. While he has all the shiny tools to do the job, his heady and know-it-all attitude preclude intelligent problem solving and good customer relationship. He even gained two new jobs by being at my home, yet I have been waiting for him to return to correct a drainage issue that has made my life miserable for the last 8 weeks. I would not recommend or use Matthew Casina again. This is unfortunate because there are not too many individuals around who can do the kind of work that he does. He actually hung up on me after yelling at me over a drainage issue that only requires 5 minutes to complete (according to him). My yard has become a virtual mess of mud after each rain.
