+ -1 moreAfter about 3 months United started billing us again. Unbeknownst to the bill payer of the house, the bills were paid for almost four years, without them providing us any services. When we finally realized it, United Alarm refused to refund the $2,600. we paid them. Their office seems to be very disorganized and unresponsive. When asked for back records, they could/would not provide them. We have filed a complaint with Dept. of Consumer Protection and are taking them to small claims court.
Description of Work: We had contracted and then cancelled with an alarm company that then sold out to United Alarm.
