+ -1 moreHe ran off with my deposit, and won't return my calls. Originally, he told me the awning would be installed in 10 days, but over a month later, he has yet to return one call, and has not returned my deposit as requested. Do not use this vendor.
Description of Work: I contracted with the owner to install an awning on my house.

+ -1 moreI called the company and the owner came himself with a large book with samples. He was excellent in helping us pick the size awning that would provide the most shade on a difficult side of the house (low afternoon sun). We were not pressured at all, were not told that "the deal" was only that day. The deal we got was fixed and we had time to think and pick out our fabric. When it took a little longer to manufacture our awning the company e-mailed me regularly. On the day of installation the job was done very quickly. The installer, who is a permanent employee of the company, went over all of the details, , tips on when to retract due to wind etc. Very professional and friendly. We have loved our awning and the first cleaning is free.
Description of Work: Had a very large motorized awning put over my deck (14X18ft). This is one of the few companies providing awnings that can go out to 20 ft. The company was very reliable, did excellent, professional work. Their products are of the highest quality. I really appreciated the ongoing contact as to when my order would be ready. The man who installed was terrific and left a clean job. Everyone I dealt with at this company was professional, courteous, and honest. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were professional and the work was excellent. There are very few awning cleaning companies. These guys are good!
Description of Work: They came to my home removed my awning and took it and cleaned it and returned and reinstalled it. It looks awesome! They did a great job.
