Elliott Morales helped me with my property assessment appeal, and I have really appreciated both his work style and the results. He’s very easy to communicate with. Very professional, always on time and returning calls promptly. His appraisal report was very thorough and done on time. Elliott advocated on my behalf with our town assessors directly when I was away, which was extremely helpful. All in all, I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Morales and I fully intend to continue to request his services in the future.

Elliot was great. During our first conversation he encouraged me to not only read through the reviews on him but to do my due diligence and compare to others before hiring him. Which I did ð ð ½. During our walk through he was very thorough and answered all my questions. We meet on a Friday, he said he would have my report by Tuesday and he sent it before noon on Tuesday. The report is detailed and easy to read. If I ever need an appraiser, I utilize him again as well as I will recommend him to others.
