Elliott responded to my inquiry instantly. He made himself available the very next day. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. Elliott also took the time to examine all of the nuances contributing to an accurate appraisal as opposed to others who just do a superficial "rubber-stamping". He got me a completed appraisal, for a large property in only days. I would highly recommend Elliott and his company to everyone.
