+ -1 moreMark was very responsive in returning our initial phone call and getting an estimate. He was very thorough in letting us know the exact price and when we could be scheduled. Unfortunately due to a snow storm our original date needed to be rescheduled but Mark kept in contact with us until we could get a new date. A trench was dug and the new line run to the house was all completed within a day. He even chlorinated our well to ensure we did not have any bacteria in the lines. Very friendly and professional and will not hesitate to call him first with any other issues.

Description of Work: He came to my home and identified our problem immediately, which was not our well. We had three other professionals before him who charged us for services and non of them had truly identified the problem. If I am ever in need of well services I would absolutely call Mark Johnson.

+ -1 moreWe ran out of water and was expecting to replace our well pump since it's old. With in a few minutes Mark diagnosed the problem to be the control box. He had a new one on the truck and had us up and running shortly afterwards.

+ -1 moreWe were having issues with air in the pipes in our home which resulted in uneven water pressure, flow issues, and rattling baseboard heater pipes. Our plumber suggested that we have a pump guy come and take a look because he was concerned..but I had prior experience with the pump guy he knew and didn't want to use that fellow again. Mark's name came to me through a referral and he was excellent. He had actually drilled the original wells of our neighbors' homes so he knew the area well. He explained everything to us about what could be wrong and how much it would cost to fix. His estimate was extremely detailed and was close to the other quote I had received. We hired Mark and he showed up on time, did the work professionally and correctly, and was respectful to us as well as our property. You can tell that he truly loves what he does and it shows in his work. We are happy to recommend him to anyone who needs him.
Description of Work: Pulled well pump, installed new check valve on well pump, raised well casing out of well pit, installed new pitless adaptor, refilled pit with dirt, chlorinated well, installed relief valve on water tank to bring it up to code. Measured water level, well depth and pump level, inspected existing pump and wiring for damage.
