Project: Install electronic pet fence I was very happy with the whole package, from beginning to end, all explained carefully, great installer/trainer, and great follow-up when I had questions. prompt, neat, and really nice to do business with.

Overall, very satisfied. Very good explanation of product, product comparisons, costs, cost comparison and implementation process. Team was on schedule and asked clarifying questions rather than assume owners needs.

Nisichi (hope I got his name right) walked the property with me, answered all my questions, and then installed the wires efficiently and without a trace, save his blue flags. He trained my 14-week old puppy to stay away from the boundary and then trained me to make sure that I could continue the training over the next few days. He was personable, knowledgeable and good to my dog. What more can you ask for?

The owner and staff at Freedom Fence are great - we had no surprises during installation as Hal answered all of our questions and concerns. Training was a breeze and amazing - our two anxious rescues were like putty in traininer Joe's hands and Roxy, an amazing dog who joins Joe in training made a huge inpact on our dogs and their experience. Finally, we got immediate and helpful response to questions that popped up after installation. Our dogs are still intraining but are thoroughly enjoying their new found freedom.

I was deciding between another company and Freedom Fence and am very glad that I choose Freedom Fence,.Hal came to my house and explained everything, the price was great and he was able to answer all of my questions. When we scheduled installation, Joe came out and helped me with his beautiful dog Roxy teach my golden retriever and golden doodle to learn the boundaries . The installation is clean and you wouldn't notice it, except for the blue training flags. Really had a great experience. I highly recommend the company.

This was a repair to an existing fence of a different manufacturer. They quickly identified the problem and repaired immediately. My only problem was with the cost, but I have nothing to compare it to.

Hal is a great guy. we have had our fence for over 9 years. Very responsive when we have needed anything. He is just a phone call away. If you need a dog fence and dog training he's the guy.

The product is American made which was the finally selling point for me. We've had the fence for a bit over a week and my dog Loves her freedom. We have had so much fun playing without the chain impeding our actions. Joe was wonderful in helping use understand how to work with our dog and Hal is great at the customer service. My neighbors have asked about the fence and I have passed along Freedom Fence contact info.

They came the day after we moved in and installed the fence in no time. We had a problem with the collars the following weekend and the owner of the company stopped what he was doing and come right over to the house. I cannot imagine better customer service.

After comparing electric dog fence companies .. Freedom fence gave me the best deal as far as technology used and price. Hale was great to work with and is a man of his word. I never had a problem with the fence so far and its been a year. They trained my dog and in one day he knew exactly what his boundaries were and never overstepped them. I had the install done in the winter and when springtime came ..they came promptly and buried all the wires. That was a conern of mine because some of my friends used other companies that delayed coming to bury the wires. These guys are good!
