Hal and team were great! We have a very active puppy and needed a way to let her out into the yard to play and run freely. Hal was able to come out, educate us on the electronic technology and gave us a fair price. The fence was up and running after only a few hours and within 10 min, we had our pup trained and happily playing in the yard! Love the follow through from this company and would highly recommend.

Hal and Elpidio are the true definition of team. Hal handles the business angle with stellar customer service (i.e., accessible, punctual, responsive) and Elpidio does a fantastic job at installation and training (he has a true gift with the dogs). Additionally, their product far exceeds others in terms of technology and has worked seamlessly. Give them a call...you won't be disappointed!

Very satisfied. We searched online at night to look for service providers. Hal left a message at 5:50 p.m. that same night. Hal knows his stuff and we were able to agree on pricing. Elpido (sp) was the best. Very clean and very particular about his quality of work. Training went off without a hitch, we are very happy with our whole experience. Our dog is even happier!!!

They were very accommodating when it came to me having to reschedule my appointment. They explained everything to me in great detail during the initial appointment then went over all of it again during and after the installation. We are very happy!!

The product is effective and has kept my dogs in there area. Have not had any service issues yet. The sales process was less than desirable, with the sales person not confirming until shortly before the scheduled time, then arriving 30+ minutes late. Hal, who knows his product well is well versed in his sales pitch and almost recites it by rote. All I heard was give me the money and sign up, not really addressing the questions I had such the lifetime commitment to buy batteries from them and no-one else. This is a sizable upfront expense with a long-term residual investment, be ready to keep paying as long as you use the fence. They make money, you keep paying if you want it to work.
