Description of Work: Our roof was due for an upgrade. Steve Totilo arrived on time (early!) for the initial inspection. He evaluated the site, gave a fair estimate and did not try oversell or add any unnecessary bells and whistles. He plans the work, tells you exactly what he is going to do, when he can do it - and he delivers. He took care of the dumpsters, cleanup and provided all the info needed to make it easy to get a permit (needed in my town). He truly accommodates the customer - and is a very nice person as well. His crew was talented, hard working, and polite to the neighbors (who mentioned it to me today!). The first hard rain will be the test, but I'm sure it will hold up.

Description of Work: After a thorough inspection representative said he will get back to us if work needed to be done. He was very prompt, polite and professional.

Description of Work: When I spoke with the owner of Flying Colors about doing the work initially, he sounded like a pro and true gentleman. The original damage to our roof was part of an insurance claim as a result of a fallen tree. The roofer who did the original work has agreed to make the repairs for free. It will not be necessary to use the services of Flying Colors.

Description of Work: We bought a house the needed a LOT of painting. All wood trim throughout the house as well as just a slight off white throughout the whole house. We contacted numerous painters to get quote and most of them took forever to return my calls. Steven of Flying Colors was different. He returned my calls quickly, showed up promptly to give an estimate, and seemed genuinely excited to help up and to do the job for us. It also helped that his estimate was several thousand dollars below other estimates we recieved. Steven's crew showed up to paint and he told us that he would stay committed to us until the job was done, and have at least two painter's there everyday until it was complete. And he followed through on that, there were always at least two painters working all day everyday. They were extremely professional and polite and FAST. They also didn't cut any corners. They made sure to sand all the surfaces before painting, caulk the all the moulding (and there was a lot), repair all cracks in the dry wall and repair the hundreds of nail pop's all through out the walls and replace them with screws. They were extremely thorough and efficient, and I would hire them again in a second. Steven (the Boss) was always in contact and responsive to our request. He followed through on every single thing he promised us, bringing color samples, checking in to make sure the work was going well, and finished the job well ahead of the deadline we had set. Flying Colors Painters has been one of the best experiences with a contractor during the extensive work we have done on the house. Thank you Steven!
