Great team of people, quality work, on time, insulated even more than they said they would, worked tirelessly, and came back 4 months later to fix an issue. I am writing this review because they came back 4 months later, best customer service ever !

Provider spent several hours performing energy saving improvements as well is one of the few providers that will replace standard bulbs with LED. Very professional and high quality work

I recently had the opportunity to work with Energy PRZ, I found the team to be very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to address my home energy issues, made great recommendations and helped me save money. This is a great program with many rebates. I would recommend Energy PRZ to come in to your home, and provide you with the best programs being offered for energy efficiency. My home is more comfortable and we are very pleased!!!!

They were very professional, quick to answer questions knowledgeably, the resulting work was well done and when I went to sell this house it was a big plus knowing that it was heat efficient.

The process was pretty easy, we were referred to them by another friend of ours down the street. They spoke with us briefly and told us about some state programs that we were qualified for. The audit itself was very well done and VERY thorough. They actually gave us the names of other insulation companies we could call in the process, yet after checking price, 2 blind references we decide to go with them for the actual insulation as well. They came, they insulated, and they left and it was great. Very pleasant and informative.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Bottom line the company in my estimation was amazing and really put forth an effort that you don't find from most contractors. The technicians that came to our house worked incredibly hard to make sure we understood where our house could improve its energy efficiency and then when we decided to move forward with the insulation, the service and communication to us was so terrific. Our experience with contractors in general hasn't been the greatest mostly from a lack of communication. These guys acted more like a home services company with everything from being on time, incredibly polite and professional and the services they provided frankly were just excellent and REALLY REALLY made a difference.

In April of this year I was getting ready to start a major home renovation. At the urging of my contractor we hired this company to do a home energy audit. It was easy enough to schedule the appointment, which I appreciated. When the guys showed up, in the morning, to do the audit they were over 1 hour late. One of them smelled terribly of cigarettes. They sealed off the doors and prepped for the audit. The guys took between 3 to 4 hours to do the audit. When they were finished and finally left (after trying to sell us various "energy saving" things) I went around the house to tidy up if needed. There were dirty footprints all over my white bedspreads (because I guess rather than bringing in a ladder they decided to use my beds to get at the vents). There was so much dirt all over my floors that I had to basically clean my house top to bottom. There was so much blue tape left all over the house - mainly on the vents - that I was forever finding left behind blue tape to gather and throw away. I had to take my bedspreads into the cleaners which ended up costing me $100. I did let the office person know what happened and she was pretty horrified. She asked me to send her photos of the dirty bedspreads, which I did send her. She said that she was going to check into it and get back to me. I never heard back from her.

The first step is a safety measure - inspect the furnace and make certain the carbon monoxide levels are at safe levels. They insert a flexible door in your front door - it has a large exhaust fan in the bottom. The fan is used to detect leaks. We have a post and beam and they found leaks on the exterior walls were the posts meet the beams - they caulked the first floor. They also found gaps where the drywall had pulled away from the beams - they caulked these. We already had compact florescent bulbs - otherwise they would have installed. They cover all of the force hot air vents and then test for leaks using another blower fan. Then they sealed joints in the basement and retested and demonstrated reduced leakage in the basement. At the end of the visit they turned on the front door blower and took another measurement demonstrating the reduction in leakage. I received a copy of their report via email in approximately 2 weeks. First floor felt warmer after the audit and the basement was colder as the ducts were not leaking hot air. The company provides certificates to share with friends and neighbors. For each friend that uses their service - you get $25.00 back. Just so happened that a friend requested their service the week when this rebate went up to $50.00. I received a rebate check about 3 weeks later.

This has to be the best deal going. It has to be subsidized by something to be this cheap. I thought they were going to come out and tell me where the house was losing energy so I could caulk or weatherstrip or whatever. They do find where the house is leaking and then THEY do the work! They sealed the duct work, caulked and weatherstripped, and replaced most light bulbs with CFLs (not too thrilled about that part). They also informed us of a bunch of different rebate and incentive programs to decrease energy consumption. I'm sure we'll be saving money on our utilities!

They did very well, were very professional, had three guys checking everything, were on time, courteous, hard working and explained everything to me.

Two workers from Energy PRZ arrived at the scheduled time, and explained the overall process for the energy audit. They put a blower on the door, and tested the house for leaks, fixed them, and then worked on the duct work. They were very professional, and very efficient. They found a huge leak around the chimney and were able to fix it, and were able to provide lots of advice on which repairs would be worthwhile, and which would have a long payback. The audit was quite a bit more involved than I'd thought it would be, and they did an incredible amount of work for the cost. There was a small issue with some spray foam winding up where it shouldn't (which caused a pocket door to seize up), but I was able to fix this afterwards without much of a hassle.
