It took several phone calls for them to return calls and when they did finally show up for the estimate was hour late. There price was good and they said they could start in a few weeks. Never heard from him in 6 months until I called again. Same story they said they would be by my house in a few days still no calls or follow up. Several years ago they helped me with a problem but this was a different experience. When I talked to Mark he told me he still wants the work but never calls.

The lack of follow up is disappointing. Nov 2012 - I was never contacted

They returned my call within 24 hours and had the company representative at my house the next day. He took care of everything at no charge. Great experience!

Mark was extremely helpful, fairly priced and very professional and his roofers were always on-time and were very efficient and hard workers!

I didn't choose them. They quoted $8425 for the work. They would charge extra $65 for plywood sheet. It was a good estimate. They were very professional and very polite. Their communication was very good. They called me when they could not make an appointment. They called and informed me that they needed to reschedule the appointment. I was extremely glad to talk with them and deal with them. I think they would be doing a fine job. It shows that the knowledgeable and professionalism was there. The price is the reason that I didn't go with them.

It was a disappointment and we were very hopeful for them. We didn't hear from the guy and we finally had to contact him probably early September. He apologized and said that he was very busy. He also said that he would probably not be able to do the job until next spring, but would give the quote in a week and that never happened. We haven't heard from him since. We read a lot of good things about them online. The initial visit went very well, but it seemed to go a little downhill after that due to the lack of contacting approach. They didn't supply us with any information and they were lousy. The guy did show up on time. The professionalism was lousy as well since he didn't respond professionally.

Mark was at my house for over 2 hours. He was very professional and nice to talk with. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and had some good ideas. At the end of our meeting he told me he was unable to finish measuring and would come back again to finidh measuring and prepare his quote and ideas. We never heard from him again despite the fact that I made it very clear we wanted to be in a position to move forward within the next few weeks. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a nice person. It is unfortunate I wasted over 2 hours of time and got nothing for it.

Estimate was spot on including pricing for dumpster and additional materials required for replacing damaged areas of the roof found that needed repair. Most of the job done in one day with an appropriate sized crew . Excellent job with clean up and follow up work. Friendly, professional, timely with estimates, repair, invoices. Asked us to call if we saw any problems later.

He came out and did the measuring. He is getting a second opinion - he really doesn’t give me the estimate until he knows all the stuff. He is a really good guy and is definitely professional. He is a straight shooter and is trustworthy. I would consider using him in the future.

They were very personable. I did not go with them. I went with the contractor who called me first, and they were the second. I will call them if I want them to do that kind of work in future.

While heavy spring rains delayed the start of work, and resulted in an overscheduled crew for a time, Apple Siders was meticulous and did a beautiful job that we couldn't be happier with. Owner Mark DeFalco is an admitted perfectionist--this means he took his time, did things the right way as opposed to the easiest way (for example, replacing termite-damaged wood instead of simply covering it up), and on several occasions went so far as to redo work he simply deemed inadequate (without charging more). Mark was always flexible and willing to consider last-minute changes. He and his crew of skilled tradesmen became extended family to us over the course of this project, which admittedly went on longer than any of us had expected (approximately three months). We have received countless, effusive compliments from neighbors and friends who watched the transformation of our 60-year-old home over the course of a summer. Even my hard-to-please and very knowledgeable father-in-law is impressed! If you can be patient, you, too, will be very satisfied with Apple Siders in the end. We highly recommend them.
