Having Kris and crew handling this work was the most positive experience I've had with any contractor for work at our home! Extenuating circumstances relating to the pool supplier threw us some roadblocks and Kris did everything possible to keep us on track. I can't recommend this great crew highly enough!

Kris was fantastic through the whole process, including giving advice on picking the right pool, helping me get the best possible deal, and handling the installation. He returned every phone call personally the same day. He and his crew were there when he said they would be and were in and out in one day, totally professional installation.

The team was extremely efficient. They showed up on time and got right to work. Everyone knew what they had to do and they worked together like clockwork. Everyone was polite and they cleaned up when they left. Excellent service and quality for the price. Kris was very knowledgeable about our area and our rocky soil and made some recommendations to extend the longevity of the liner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kris and his crew were awesome. They were there bright and early and had the pool up in no time. The sub contractors he had suggested for stone dust and water delivery were great as well. It all flowed seamlessly. My son (4 yo) loved watching the crew and the bobcat and they were great with him as well. The entire process took only 3-4 hours. They were gone before lunch. Have Kris and KJD do the install and you won't be disappointed.

Overall KJD was wonderful to work with. There were several glitches that were out of KJD's control. After the initial site excavation was started we had a whole week of steady rain that turned the site into a huge mud puddle. Once it was dry enough to continue KJD was back again and everything went fine until part way through the install when it was determined that we had received parts to two different pools. (Kris happened to be here when they were first delivered and thought there was something wrong with the delivery, but when he questioned the pool company delivery guy he was told that the parts were correct, they were just packed in generic boxes). It took about 10 days for the correct parts to be supplied, and Kris came right back to continue the install. Everything went smoothly from that point on. After the electrician had wired the pump motor he accidentally popped the liner clip off in one spot (while attaching the ground wire). When I called Kris to ask if he could come back sometime to reattach the liner clip. He was there within an hour and got it fixed.

We called Kris to schedule the install on 7/19/12 and he was able to provide our service within 10 days. His responded to our initial contact call the same day. He also followed-up the phone conversation with written documentation and additional information. He called the day before the scheduled install to confirm he and his team would be at our house at noon on 7/19/12, and to also see if we had any additional quesitons for him (we didn't). Kris and his team showed up at 11:55am on 7/19/12. They immediately got to work on the complete install. They were able to complete the entire process in 2 hours. They were extremely professional and friendly. Although we had to dispose of the trash (part of the contract), they bundled it up into 1 large bundle for us. They also swept the driveway to clean-up the stone dust that was left there.
