+ 0 moreFrom planning to finish approx. one month to make and install cabinets. Designer worked with us and her suggestions to our plan were great. Any finishing touches or finally touches were made promptly. Very pleased with outcome and would hire them again if needed.
Description of Work: Custom cabinets w/custom lead glass. Crown molding, granite countertops and installed built-in appliances.

+ 0 moreWe feel everything went very well. We had an unusual situation in that we were going to be away between planning and start of project. Bob Butot at Village was very accommodating and very patient with me and my changes and questions. We met with all the contractors involved before we left to firm up plans. Everyone worked well together and the operation went smoothly. Bob had recommended the plumber and electrician and we were very pleased with both. Our carpenter had to remove a wall and do some work before Village could come in and start. He coordinated things while we were away.Village came in when they said they would and they came back to finish up after the counters were installed and took care of any concerns I had at the time. We are very pleased with the courtesy and clean up of the the workers. They were always ready to answer my questions. We love the design, quality, and look of our new kitchen.
Description of Work: They redesigned the kitchen layout and put in new cabinets and counters and a peninsula. Bob gave us 2 design options and price levels. One plan involved all new cabinetry and the other had new doors on the existing cabinets and counters with added new cabinets on one wall. The prices for all the suggested upgrades such as pull out shelves and soft close drawers were included so that we could pick and choose. Bob came to the house and drew up a plan and then we went to the company to look at examples of wood etc. and make our choices.

+ 0 moreWe had someone come out to do measurements (not an easy feat with a house almost 100 years old) and we were kept in the loop about delivery and installation. The responsiveness, customer service and quality was consistent throughout the process.
Description of Work: Village Cabinets constructed and installed all of our kitchen cabinets, the crown molding in our kitchen, the side panels for our refrigerator, the panels for our pantry and message center. The quality of the cabinets far exceeded those you find at other custom shops and once you've gone to their warehouse, you will never even consider another cabinet maker. The company also does bath, home office and other custom cabinet that is simply beautiful. We have had the cabinets for 7 years and every time someone comes into our kitchen, it is the first thing they notice. I would recommend Village Cabinets to anyone considering a home kitchen/office renovation, new renovation or a way to spruce up a space with a beautiful piece. The owners are locally-based, hire local workers and have been in the business for years. Their focus is customer-satisfaction, unsurpassed quality and attention to detail.
