 + -1 moreThe owner is incredibly nice and responsive. The guy who came out to do the work was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and fast. He also answered some questions I had. I will definitely be using them for all of my future opening/closing and maintenance needs.

 + -1 moreIt didn't go, could not get this provider to call when I was available. Obviously, doesn't respond to night or weekend calls and now I will have to let my hot tub just freeze up over the winter and take a saws all to it the spring and buy as new one.
Description of Work: It's more of what the provider didn't do. Doesn't respond in a timely manner to phone calls.

Description of Work: Replaced circulator pump and a cracked light cover in our hot tub and the next day when that pump proved to be defective they came right back out and replaced it again. Mark and his helper were very quick to fix the problems and professional.

 + -1 moreI called Mark on a Friday. After a small test on the hot tub he figured it was either the heat sensor or the control board. He said he could get out to us by the following Wednesday. He was rained out on that Wednesday but contacted me to let me know he would be here the next day. He was, he replaced the heat sensor and left me the old one. I haven't actually ever met Mark, but he has always been pleasant on the phone and in his text messages. He is reasonably priced and I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

 + -1 moreI would recommend this company to anyone that needs a jacuzzi repair. I felt that the price was fair for the worked performed and the customer service was very good.
Description of Work: We have a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom that leaked. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair the following week. Tub works great now.

 + -1 moreThe fee was very reasonable, it was like a hundred bucks and he had the parts in his truck. When we arrived at the house when we moved the previous owners gave us his name and number. He came out in the middle of the winter and got the spa running so I could have a nice romantic dinner with my wife at our new house so it would be warm by the evening. We had a cracked pipe and we were losing water for the spa, I thought it was very reasonable. He even talked me through over the phone how to diagnose what was going on a little bit. He was trying to help me figure out the cheapest way to do things and where I could buy parts and equipment, and supplies affordably. I really appreciate that.
Description of Work: Our spa had been winterized when we purchased it and he came out and got it all reconnected, set up, installed the fuse, loaded it, helped us figure out the chemicals and everything. He also did one repair we had a crack in a pipe, and he came out right away and he got it fixed.
