Description of Work: They tore off 2 old shingle roofs on my house and garage. After the tear off they installed new architecture shingles. Their price was the most affordable. I did have 1 issue pop up. The building code inspector would not sign off the installation until there was a vent added to the roof. My contract has language "final payment will be made after building permit sign off". After a brief discussion with Rit, he sent a guy out and installed a vent to pass code at no additional charge. He understood it was his responsibly and acted in a professional manner. He has a good size crew. Due to inclimate weather it took 2 days. Otherwise they would have completed the roofs in 1 day

+ -1 moreThey came out and about 2 days later, I had a quote from them. They were very professional and they knew what it would take to do a job like this. They were very cordial. He gave a description of the work that had to be done and it was nicely typed up. They gave a professional presentation.
Description of Work: Ritco Construction LLC gave me an estimate for a remodeling project.

+ -1 moreTHIS GUY IS A PRO AT WHAT HE DOES. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF BACKWARD AND FORWARD. EVERYONE COMPLIMENTS ME ON MY HOUSE EVEN STRANGERS. HE IS A PERSONAL FRIEND OF MINE TOO. THE WORK HE DOES IS PERFECT.
