+ -1 moreI had high hopes for this business as he had great reviews online. Unfortunately after confirming that he would show up today at 9am, he never did. Not only that, I did not receive 1 phone call, text message and/or IM about why he did not show up and his phone has been either off or blocked all day. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful to not show up when you make a promise and give the courtesy of a phone call. I would think twice about trusting this person for any job.

+ -1 moreRafael did an amazing job. I have a dog who sheds a lot and Raf was able to get all the hair up. My home looks brand new! I’ll be using Rise and Shine Cleaning Service again in the near future.
