The technician explained fully why the old unit was unsafe, the process of installing a new unit, and the costs associated with a replacement. The technician was very professional, organized, and clean. He reviews the basic operation of the unit and what I should know as the owner,
Description of Work: Came to service my oil fired hot water heater. Instead after inspection, the service technician recommended it be replaced IMMEDIATELY. He was able to find a new unit and parts in fifteen minutes. After signing the paperwork and paying upfront for the work, the replacement was performed.
