+ -1 moreI took it to PC Techs 4U, Ken told me that he would have to look at my computer. He said to look at it would be free. He would call me when he found out what was wrong with it. When he called me back that day, said the work that needed to be done to my computer could be done that day and I could have it back. I have to say that the fear of not having my computer was lifted. I use it for work, when I'm home and not having it would be crazy. I picked it up on my way home that night. Ken stayed late for me to do that. He was very helpful and that is why I want others to know. Thanks to Ken, I was able to close a deal that night.
Description of Work: I had a virus on my computer, and was locked out of my system. I tried everything to fix it myself, but I needed help.

Description of Work: Devices to set up or familiar ones gone awry come around fast in Ken's hands. I have relied on him for years to take care of a series of MacBooks, iPhones, home glitches in my home and office wireless. He's responsive right away. Sometimes he can solve the problem with instructions over email. Always his calmness and depth of knowledge start improving things fast, and he doesn't leave until it's fixed. He's very patient and a pleasure to work with. He's also got a team in PC TECHS 4U who can solve a range of tech problems. I'm grateful to be a return customer and to have a chance to recommend him.
