+ -1 moreMy furnace shot down and I called Mystique Oil. They fixed my problem in 5 minutes and charged me 145 dollars for service fee and 300 dollars for a part. Later I searched the part online and found that they overcharged me for the part, while they had already charged me for a service fee. I called and asked the service guy to provide me with the model number of the part because I wanted to make sure. He refused to give me any information on the part and said, "you know I have to charge you more the the original price, right?" (I do but not like double!) Then weeks later, I found some reviews featuring similar experiences of being overcharged. Buyers beware. I would not recommend this business at all.

+ -1 moreHe overcharged about 30 times the amount it should have. They were very cocky and not professional. I was not pleased with their services.
Description of Work: They came and they resolved the problem. The oil was in the tank, so he put the stibulizer in the oil tank. He only worked a half hour, and charged me way too much. He also worked on my furnace last October. That service usually takes about 45 minutes. But he just changed the filters and was done. He didn't do the full service, and was only there for 10 minutes.
