Description of Work: He did various jobs such as painting some outdoor trim and recaulking the bathroom tubs. When he was done, he charged less than the quote because he said it didn't take him as long as he thought, very honest.And he gives a senior discount. He cleaned up after the job and we were satisfied with the work he did.
